Does it work with any WordPress theme?
Yes. The chat loads in its own sandbox (Shadow DOM), so it works with Astra, Divi, Elementor, Kadence, block themes and most others without style conflicts.
Do I need to code anything?
No. You install the Sifra Chat plugin and paste your site key under Settings → Sifra Chat. We can do it for you during setup.
Is it an AI chatbot?
Sifra understands different wordings and spelling mistakes, but it answers only from your approved questions and answers. It does not generate answers, so there are no surprise promises and no per-message AI fees.
Can I reply to visitors myself?
Yes, on the Business and Premium plans. Visitors tap “Talk to a person” and you reply from the Sifra Chat app, the web inbox, or the Chat inbox link in WordPress.
How much does it cost?
