Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 September 2026
These terms explain how the Sifra Chat service (“Sifra”, “we”, “us”) works and what we expect from each other. Sifra is operated by Sujon Mir, Munshiganj, Bangladesh. By creating an account or using Sifra, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Sifra provides a chatbot for your website that answers visitor questions from a set of questions and answers (“Q&A”) made for your business, collects leads, and, on plans that include it, lets you and your team chat live with visitors through a web inbox and a mobile app.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.
3. Setup and installation
The setup fee covers preparing your Q&A, branding and installing the bot. You may choose to have us install it, install it yourself, or have your developer install it; the setup fee is the same in each case. If you give us access to your website, we use it only to install and maintain Sifra, and you may change your password once we are done. Setup usually takes 2–3 working days after we receive your Q&A. Your bot goes live after you approve it.
4. Fees and billing
- The setup fee is charged once per website, before setup begins or on your next invoice where agreed.
- The monthly fee is charged per calendar month for each active website, in BDT or USD as agreed.
- All sites on your account are billed on one invoice, and we email a receipt for every payment.
- We accept international bank transfer through Wise or Xoom; businesses in Bangladesh can also pay by bKash, Nagad, Cellfin or local bank transfer.
- We may pause a bot whose invoice stays unpaid.
5. Multi-site discount
With 2 to 5 active websites, the monthly fee of every active website is reduced by 10%. With 6 or more, it is reduced by 20%. The discount applies from the month the number of active sites changes, does not change past invoices, is rounded to whole amounts, and goes down automatically if the number of active sites goes down. Setup fees are never discounted.
6. Referred by a partner
If a web designer or agency in the Sifra Partner Program referred you, we pay them a commission from what we earn. It never changes your price or your plan. The partner sees only your business name, website, plan, status and the commission it earned; they don't see your chats, leads, visitors or login. If you would rather not be linked to a partner, email us and we will remove the link.
7. Pausing and cancelling
You may pause a website at any time. While paused, the bot and live chat are turned off and visitors can only leave a message; your Q&A, chats and leads are kept. You may cancel the monthly plan at any time; the service continues until the end of the month you have paid for. We may suspend or end the service if these terms are seriously broken.
8. Refunds
The setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has started. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded for the current month; after you cancel, you will not be charged for the following months.
9. Your content
You own your Q&A, logo and other content you give us, and you are responsible for making sure it is accurate and lawful. You allow us to use it only to run Sifra for you. Answers the bot gives are the answers you approved.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use Sifra for spam, scams, illegal products or services, or to collect information from visitors without their knowledge. Don't try to break, overload or copy the service.
11. Availability
We work hard to keep Sifra running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We rely on third-party providers for hosting, email and notifications.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any month is limited to the fees you paid us for that month. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you by email before important changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Questions? Email [email protected]. Found a problem with the service? Report a bug.
